At EsteLuna, we take a calm and considered approach to placing our kittens.

We do not operate a waiting list. Instead, we invite those who feel drawn to our cats to follow our journey and stay connected through our social media, where we share updates as our kittens grow and begin to show their own little personalities.

We always welcome early enquiries, including at times when we may not have kittens available. Building a connection in advance allows us to get to know you and your home, and those who have been in touch with us beforehand are naturally given priority when kittens become available.

When a particular kitten or pairing speaks to you, you are welcome to get in touch!

Where there is a strong alignment:

  • We will begin to consider a kitten for you from an early stage
  • Kittens are often under consideration as they grow, with many matches forming during this time
  • Families are invited to visit when kittens are 6 weeks old (by this stage, a match has usually been thoughtfully considered – you’ll be there to meet “your” kitten)
  • The visit is a chance to meet in person and confirm that everything feels right
  • Following a visit, the kitten is marked as officially reserved (deposit secures the kitten)

We understand that welcoming a kitten into your home is a big decision. Our aim is to keep the process personal, unhurried, and centred around the wellbeing of each kitten, and each family.
