We also have a younger litter of five boys, who’ll be ready at the end of August/ beginning of September (three are provisionally reserved).

Ch Valdosta Borealis x EsteLuna Talk of the Town

Kacey (EsteLuna Talk of the Town), the daughter of Ch and GrCh Davina (EsteLuna Dash of Magic), and granddaughter of GrCh Anya, took her maternal genes in her stride, being an absolute star and taking care of her babies from the get go.

Below is a proof – the top photo is of Anya, the bottom one is of Kacey. You can’t make these things up!

This is Kacey’s very first litter, and we are hoping to keep a kitten from this pairing.

They’ll be ready for new homes from 20 July, but I’m happy to keep them longer in case of holidays.

QGC & RW Kimcatz Bandito It’s Chico Time x Ch EsteLuna Rose of All Roses

Our Champion Rosie had a lovely litter of four babies on Easter Saturday (4 April). They’re absolutely gorgeous, and so, so gentle, taking after both of their parents.

We have three boys (cream and cream/white) and one girl (lilac tortie). I like to reference names of previous generations in kittens, and when I heard the song “Coming Up Roses”, the decision was easy.

Ch Valdosta Borealis x Skyota Daisy Mae

This was Daisy’s second litter, and I wasn’t really sure what to expect. Daisy got quite overwhelmed the first time around and needed a fair bit of help (those who are observing closely may remember that Satu ended up stepping in and caring for her babies).

This time was completely different – a day before she was due, Daisy went to lie together with Rosie, helping her care for her kittens and trying to mother them. It was absolutely wonderful to see, and they’ve been co-parenting ever since.

The only surprise was that… Daisy had a singleton! Considering her size, we all thought there would be more hiding there but no, this time we got a lovely, lilac boy, and are hoping he develops well.

Daisy and Kacey’s litter were born within 2 days of each other, so ended up sharing a theme.
